Redbreast PX Edition is a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey from the Iberian Series. It was first matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings fruit, spice and toasted nuts, together with the gently sweet aroma of the Pedro Ximénez casks. The palate is tangy and syrupy, balancing fruit, spice and toasted notes. The finish is sweet, rich and lasting.
