Redwood Empire Foggy Burl Single Malt Whiskey

Foggy Burl is a California single malt whiskey from Redwood Empire Whiskey, made from a mash bill of 100% malted barley. More than seven different types of malt go into the mash, and distilling began in 2015. Each batch turns out differently from the last. The barrels age in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, which the distillery says allows a slow and even extraction of flavour.
