Redwood Empire Pipe Dream 101 Bourbon Whiskey

Redwood Empire Pipe Dream 101 is a reserve bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey, made in Northern California. It keeps the four-grain mash bill of the distillery's signature bourbon. It draws on older whiskey stocks and more of the distillery's own grain-to-glass distillate, and it is bottled at a higher proof. The name comes from the Pipe Dream, a 367-foot coastal redwood in Humboldt Redwoods State Park.
