A cask strength blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from Redwood Empire, aged between three and 14 years and sold in a 75cl bottle. Lost Monarch is named after the world's largest coastal redwood. It is a high rye limited edition that sets out to balance sweetness and spice, bringing bourbon and rye character together. The whiskey matured in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast.
The nose is vibrant and earthy, with mint chocolate ice cream. The palate has warm spices and dried apricot, finishing on white pepper.
