Pipe Dream is a cask strength California bourbon from Redwood Empire, bottled at 57.9% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a high corn recipe, with a mash bill of 73% corn, 18% rye, 5% malted barley and 4% wheat. The whiskey was aged for a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast. This is a limited edition from 2022, named after the 14th largest redwood on earth. On the nose it shows toffee, cherry and soft leather. The palate brings cherry cola, honey, butterscotch and pecans.
