Redwood Empire Lost Monarch

Lost Monarch is the new name for the original straight whiskey blend from Redwood Empire. It is made from 60% rye and 40% bourbon, with the rye aged between three and five years and the bourbon between four and twelve years. The sweetness of the corn and the spice of the rye are balanced. It is usually described as having a butterscotch nose, vanilla, caramel and delicate maple on the palate, and a light peppery finish.
