Rémy Martin XO is a Fine Champagne cognac in a 375ml bottle, made by blending up to 400 eaux-de-vie from the Petite and Grande Champagne vineyards. The blend is the signature of the house's Cellar Master.
The nose brings late summer fruit with white floral notes such as jasmine. On the palate there are mature, juicy plums and candied oranges, with a hint of hazelnut and cinnamon.
The body is velvety and rich, and the finish lingers.
