Rhum J.M 2004 Rhum Vieux Agricole Millésimé (70cl, 42.9%)

This is a vintage rhum vieux agricole from Martinique, distilled in 2004 by Rhum J.M from fresh sugar cane juice and bottled at 42.9%. It carries the Appellation Martinique Contrôlée and comes in a wooden presentation box. The nose combines oak, dried fruit, vanilla, spice, toasted cane and subtle earthy notes. The palate is rich and structured, with mature wood, caramelised cane, baking spice and dried fruit. The finish is long and warm, with lingering oak, spice and cane.
