Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 is a full-bodied red wine from the Santa Cruz Mountains in California, made by Ridge Vineyards. It was the first vintage of Ridge's Estate Cabernet. Ridge follows traditional winemaking techniques, with minimal intervention and sustainable practices in the vineyard and cellar. The nose is expressive, with sweet herbs, tobacco and incense. On the palate come layers of dark red fruit and very silky tannins, which frame a long, notable finish.
