A white wine from Alto Adige, made by Alois Lageder from Riesling. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented at low temperature, then aged in steel to preserve aromatic clarity and fruit purity. It has a bright straw yellow colour, with mature citrus, green apple and floral notes, plus a delicate flinty touch. It suits fish and fresh cheeses.
