Column Still Collection is a single barrel straight bourbon from Rock Town Distillery of Little Rock, Arkansas. It was column distilled from Arkansas corn and wheat at Bardstown Bourbon Company, then aged in new charred oak barrels in downtown Little Rock.
The mash bill is 79% corn, 8% wheat and 13% malted barley. Each bottling comes from one barrel, hand selected by the head distiller, and is bottled at cask strength, usually around 115 proof.
