Roederer Estate Brut is a non-vintage sparkling wine from Anderson Valley in California, made by the traditional method. This Jeroboam holds 3 litres, the equivalent of four standard bottles. The estate was founded by Champagne Louis Roederer, which began looking for a California site in 1981 in search of fruit with aromatic complexity and natural acidity. It found one in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County, a narrow corridor drenched in fog. The Brut first appeared in 1988.
