Rosebank 17 Year Old 1991 is a Lowland single malt from the closed Rosebank distillery. It was bottled by Speciality Drinks for The Single Malts of Scotland series, with 259 bottles released from a single cask. The spirit was distilled in 1991, matured in a single bourbon barrel and bottled in April 2009. Rosebank is triple distilled, and its light, floral spirit is joined here by citrus, grassy and honeyed notes from the bourbon cask.
