Rosemaund Farm Distillery Orchard Cut is a limited English single malt from Herefordshire, in its second release. It is made with heritage Maris Otter barley and was matured for 10 years before nine bourbon casks were selected and married together. It is bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and in its natural colour.
The nose is fresh green apple, orchard blossom, cucumber skin, melon and soft vanilla. The palate is vibrant, with green citrus oils, thyme, wild sorrel and white pepper over a buttery mouthfeel. The finish is fresh and slightly savoury, with green fruit, gentle oak and soft spice.
