Rosemaund Farm Distillery 10 Year Old The Director's Cut is the third release from a farm distillery in Herefordshire. It is a single malt made from English-grown Maris Otter barley and bottled at 48% in an outturn of 3,000 individually numbered bottles.
The whisky was shaped by bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak.
The nose offers baked red apple, orange zest and apricot with warm toasted oak. The palate is rich and fragrant, with orchard fruit, red berries and malt, and the finish is long, with lingering fruit, oak and warming spice.
