Rosevears Bourbon Matured is a Tasmanian single malt from Turner Stillhouse, made with malted barley and Tasmanian water. It matured in ex-bourbon casks and is bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle. The colour is a deep amber.
The nose is light and delicate, with warming spices, toasted oak and an underlying sweetness. On the palate come layers of malt, vanilla and Muscovado sugar, with honey and caramel. The finish is rounded and gentle.
