A red wine from Feudo Antico, made in amphora and certified organic. It shows a bright ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, dark berry notes, light spice, a discreet earthy touch, faint floral tones and aromatic herbs. The palate is medium-bodied, with mature tannins and balanced freshness; the finish is clean, with fruity returns and pleasant persistence. It suits red meats that are not too fatty, roasts, rustic dishes and medium-aged cheeses, and also informal dinners. Best served at around 16-18 C; a short decant can help open the aromas.
