Rossville Union Master Crafted Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 47%)

This is a straight rye whiskey from Rossville Union, bottled at 47% in a 75cl bottle. It is the first release in this range and was put together from 159 casks. Two mash bills from the MGP line make up the blend. The first is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, chosen for a firm rye character. The second is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley, which brings a balanced sweetness. The blend matured for between five and seven years in new oak.
