Rowan's Creek Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey (50%)

Rowan's Creek is a small batch Kentucky bourbon, bottled by hand at 50% ABV. It is produced by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, a company run by the Willet family, which also makes Noah's Mill. The name comes from John Rowan, the first settler in Bardstown, Kentucky. The nose is intense and lightly peppery, with eucalyptus and mint. The palate is full and spicy, with caramel and vanilla, some apricot and cedar. The finish brings cedar, berries and mint.
