A single cask rum from South Pacific Distillers in Fiji, made from molasses and distilled in a pot still. It matured for 18 years in American white oak, first in the Philippines and then in Liverpool. The release is limited to 257 bottles. In the glass it shows a light golden colour, with sweet, funky notes of cream soda, vanilla, mango lassi and spring pine. The creamy texture brings buttery toffee, salted caramel and milk chocolate, with funky mango mid-palate and a spicier finish of ginger, cinnamon, white pepper and slightly astringent oak.
