An 11-year-old rum from El Salvador, distilled in November 2008 and bottled in August 2019. It is a column still rum made from molasses and bottled as a single cask without chill filtration or added colouring. The outturn is 513 bottles.
The palate shows vanilla, overripe apple, blackcurrant and toffee with a silky texture, with espresso and dark chocolate on the finish.
