Rum Artesanal Mauritius 2017 Single Cask #388 (50cl, 56.5%)

A single cask rum from Mauritius, distilled in September 2017 and bottled in August 2025 after seven years of continental ageing. Column distilled and bottled at 56.5% vol in a 500 ml bottle, with an outturn of 418 bottles worldwide. The nose is mild, with sugar cane juice, vanilla and light tropical fruits such as physalis and papaya. The palate is fruity and floral, with caramel, physalis and mango, and the finish is long-lasting.
