Rum Artesanal New Yarmouth 1994 Single Cask #205 (50cl, 66.5%)

A single cask Jamaican rum from the New Yarmouth distillery, distilled in 1994 and aged thirty-one years: twenty-four years tropical and nine years continental. Column distilled and bottled at 66.5% vol in a 500 ml bottle, with an outturn of 334 bottles worldwide. The nose is creamy wood with sharp fruit and mature notes. The palate is complex and full, with raisins, dried apricots, prunes, caramel, wood, pepper and nutmeg. The finish is long and dry, with wood, herbs, coffee and roasted notes.
