A single cask rum from the Ten Cane Distillery in Trinidad, distilled in 2008 from sugar cane juice in a pot still and bottled at 58.2% vol. in a 500 ml bottle. The outturn is 265 bottles.
The rum is described with smoke, dark chocolate, wood, glue, leather, plum and cherry on the nose, a concentrated structure with tar and a dirty touch on the palate, and a long cherry finish.
