Rumclub Ed. 20 Australia 2007 Single Cask (50cl, 65.5%)

A single cask rum from Australia, distilled in 2007 and aged for 14 years. It was bottled at 65.5% vol in a 500 ml bottle, with an outturn of 369 bottles. The nose shows dark, chocolatey notes with leather and tobacco, followed by tropical fruit. On the palate it is intense and complex, with a very long finish. After 30 minutes or an hour in the glass, the rum gains further aromas.
