A single cask Jamaican rum distilled in 2000 at the Hampden Distillery. It matured for 21 years in a former bourbon cask and was bottled at 50% vol in a 500 ml bottle, with an outturn of 276 bottles.
The rum is intense yet fruity, with grilled pineapple, overripe bananas and a hint of mango.
The empty cask was later filled with a dark lager from a brewery for five weeks.
