A single cask high ester rum from the New Yarmouth Distillery in Jamaica, distilled in 2020 and matured for four years in a 130-litre fresh oak cask. The smaller cask and fresh oak allowed the rum to mature quickly and take on plenty of aroma. It is limited to 223 bottles, with an ester level of 1300-1400 gr/hL AA. The profile brings together fruity, woody and sweet components in a harmonious balance of ester and oak.
