It was distilled in a double retort pot still as a continental flavoured rum and aged for 12 years in an ex-bourbon cask. The marque is DOK, with an ester content of 1500-1600 g/hLAA, and the outturn is 433 bottles.
The nose shows rum-soaked raisins, candied fruit and a basket of overripe fruit; the palate is fruity with ester notes and a fruit firework on the tongue.
