A limited rum combining a Ghanaian rum made from fresh sugar cane juice with a Jamaican high-ester rum made from molasses. The Ghanaian rum matured one year in bourbon casks, then moved to an HD cask for a Jamaican finish. The outturn is 342 bottles.
The nose is complex and round, with honey sweetness, tropical fruit, lychee and vanilla. The palate shows gentle grassiness, tropical fruitiness, lychee, grapefruit, mango and grapes, with an agreeable, rounded finish.
