A Belize rum distilled in 2008 from molasses and matured for 15 years in an ex-bourbon cask. It is bottled at cask strength, 66.3% vol, in a 500 ml bottle, without additives, and limited to 311 bottles. On the nose it is full-bodied and intense; on the palate it shows fantastic viscosity, dried fruits, subtle mocha coffee and dark chocolate.
