Rumclub Private Selection Ed. 12 The Two Casks Red Edition 5 Years (50cl, 46.1%)

A blend of different five-year-old South American rums, distilled in pot still and column still, then finished for six months in Berlin in a former Zweigelt red wine cask. The edition is limited to 475 bottles and is unsweetened, with a natural sugar content of 4.6 g. The nose shows red fruit and oak, with typical notes of South American rum. The palate brings fruity notes identifiable as red wine. Roast notes, vanilla hints, red fruit compote and caramelised sugar give a lively play on the tongue and palate.
