A single cask Hawaiian rum from Kōloa Rum Company, distilled in 2017 from Hawaiian sugar cane and run through a steam-heated copper pot still. It matured for five years in strongly toasted American white oak barrels. The edition was limited to 300 bottles.
It is bottled at 60.6% vol. in a 500 ml bottle. The nose offers fruit, vanilla, nutmeg, wood, flowers and burnt sugar. The palate is spicy, with coconut, vanilla, a hint of salt, young wood, milk chocolate, liquorice and bitter orange, with a nutty-creamy texture.
