This is a non-chill-filtered bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled under the Russell's Reserve name in a 75cl bottle at 55% ABV. The brand is named after the distillery's master distillers, Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie. The bourbon is matured in number 4 char barrels, a heavy level of charring also known as alligator char. Wild Turkey was built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, and Jimmy Russell began working there in 1954.
