Sall – GLØD 3.2 (70cl, 52.2%)

This is an organic single malt from Sall, part of its GLØD series, made from a single farm's barley. It is 3 years old and bottled at 52.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 798 bottles filled. The barley is Evergreen, grown in the Kvolbæk field and harvested in 2020, and malted as Pale and Vienna. The whisky matured in bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which the series uses to bring out colour and flavour. It is described as having deep notes of caramel, raisins and prunes, while staying light with citrus notes.
