Sall Whisky 2024 is a single malt and single farm whisky, bottled at 57.4% ABV in a 50cl bottle. Only 50 bottles were filled.
The barley, a variety called Evergreen, was harvested in 2020 from a field named Kvolbæk. It was mashed in an open mash tun and double distilled in copper pot stills. The whisky then spent 3 years in cask number 57, an ex-bourbon cask.
