San Valentino Boom Rubicone IGP Bombino Frizzante (11.5%)

A frizzante wine made from Bombino Bianco grapes grown organically. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose shows green apple, pear, citrus and light floral notes. On the palate it is dry and slightly acidic, with a fine, persistent mousse. Good acidity makes it easy to drink as an aperitif or with light dishes such as salads, fish and seafood.
