Scabi is an organic white Rebola from the Colli di Rimini, made by San Valentino from 100% Grechetto Gentile grown on the Covignano hills.
Fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine then ages in steel on fine lees for six to eight months, with regular batonnage.
It is a bright pale straw colour. The nose is floral and fruity, and the palate is fresh and harmonious, with good intensity.
