A Sangiovese di Romagna DOC from Caviro, from the hills of Romagna. It is vinified with moderate ageing in steel to preserve aromatic intensity. The nose opens with cherry, ripe red fruit and light spicy notes. On the palate these are accompanied by soft tannins and pleasant savouriness. It suits traditional dishes such as pasta with meat ragù and grilled red meats.
