A Sangiovese from the Rubicone IGT, presented in a 10-litre bag-in-box. It has a bright ruby colour, often with violet reflections. The nose shows intense red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, with light floral hints of violet. On the palate it has good structure, soft and balanced tannins and lively acidity. It pairs well with tomato-based pasta, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
