This Caol Ila is an 18-year-old Islay single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Sansibar. The whisky matured in a sherry cask from 1997 until 2015, when it was bottled at 40.2% ABV.
The release comprises 599 bottles, each containing 70cl. It retains its natural colour and was bottled without chill filtration, following its full 18 years of sherry-cask maturation.
