Säntis Malt Grün is the Edition Sigel, a Swiss single malt from the Locher brewery in Appenzell, in a 50cl bottle. The whisky takes its character from small oak casks that held beer for many years.
It is light to dark amber in colour. The nose runs from fruit to intense whisky aromas, with a slight note of beer in the background. The palate is fruity and delicate with light wood tones, followed by a finish of medium length.
