Sauvignon Blanc Friuli Grave DOC Bidoli

A white wine from Friuli, bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its bouquet combines floral notes of elderflower and jasmine with white peach, melon, citrus and light herbaceous hints. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with marked, well-balanced acidity and a harmonious structure, leading to a long, pleasantly mineral finish. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
