This is a single cask Speyside single malt, 15 years old, distilled in 2008 and matured in a sherry butt. It was bottled in 2023 in the Old Particular range, at 48.4% ABV and without colouring or chill-filtration.
The release marks the 75th anniversary of Douglas Laing & Co., as well as the tenth birthdays of both Old Particular and Scallywag.
Expect dark chocolate, ginger, honeyed malt and stewed plum.
