Scallywag Winter 2025 (70cl, 52.4%)

This is a limited-edition blended malt from Douglas Laing's Scallywag range, made with Speyside malt from Macallan, Glenrothes and Mortlach. It was finished in ice wine casks from Eastern European vineyards, which add a sugary sweetness to the whisky. The winter release comes in a frosted glass bottle, chosen to echo the ice wine finish. It was bottled at 52.4% at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring. Orchard fruits, honey and warming winter spice make up the character of the whisky.
