This is a 10-year-old single malt from Scapa on Orkney, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's Signature series, which is made up of three bottlings of different ages.
The whisky matured in casks of American white oak.
The nose is fresh pineapple and mango with crème brûlée, sweet honey, cinnamon buns and a little citrus peel. The palate is full and creamy, with stewed apple, vanilla custard, banana, milk chocolate and warming spices. The finish is medium in length, with tropical fruit, milk chocolate and gentle oak.
