A 12-year-old Scapa single malt from the 1990s, bottled at 40% in a one-litre bottle. It is gold in colour. The nose opens with golden syrup on soda bread, with honeyed sweetness, soft bready notes, cereals, beer, wet grains and dried flowers. The palate brings herbal teas, flower honey, white bread and muesli. The finish is medium, with biscuity sweetness, like digestives dunked in sweetened Darjeeling tea, and a little herbal bitterness in the aftertaste.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
