Scapa – Skiren

Scapa Skiren is a single malt from Scapa Distillery, which overlooks the historic Scapa Flow. It is one of the last distilleries still operated manually and is manned around the clock. A small team of artisans and a Master Distiller make the whisky using traditional methods perfected over generations. Soft and sweet on the palate, it brings buttery shortbread dusted with brown sugar, dried and candied apple slices, ground spice and an autumnal surround of damp forests.
