Scarabus Islay Single Malt Hunter Laing (70cl, 46%)

Scarabus Islay Single Malt is the original core bottling of the Scarabus range from Hunter Laing, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It is neither coloured nor chill-filtered. Hunter Laing introduced it in 2019 as Scarabus Specially Selected at the Fèis Ìle Islay festival. The whisky comes from Islay and combines peat smoke with maritime and sweet impressions. The nose brings Islay peat smoke and sea salt. On the palate come warming leather, stewed rhubarb and vanilla sweetness, and the rich finish lingers.
