Seagram's Seven Crown is an American blended whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 1 litre bottle. It is blended and bottled in America by a house that has distilled since 1857. The nose is clean and fresh with a gentle sweetness: honey, brown sugar, soft herbal notes and a touch of stone fruit such as apricot or pear. The palate is very soft and delicate, leaning towards creamy vanilla, butterscotch and sweet biscuit rather than heavy oak. The finish is short, elegant and dry, leaving soft, creamy vanilla.
