This is a peated single malt from an undisclosed Fife distillery, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 at 57.6% ABV by Keeble Cask Company. It is part of the Elevenses collection and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in a super Tuscan red wine cask, which adds cherry cola and earthy tannins beneath bold peat smoke.
The nose combines peat smoke and roasty malt with hedgerow fruits, wine gums, marmalade and leathery oak. On the palate are charcoal and ashen smoke, grilled pineapple and menthol, with stewed red fruits and earthy spice. The finish brings smoked tea, cherry cola and treacle.
